What we store, and what we do not.

This website

This public website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party domains. Fonts, images and scripts are served from lumenspark.eu.

One value is stored in your browser’s local storage: the language you chose, under the key lsw.lang. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

If you write to us, your message and e-mail address are processed only to answer you.

Inside the application

The following describes the LumenSpark application behind the sign-in, and matches the notice every user is shown on first sign-in.

What we store

Your profile, time records and absences, plus login records (including IP address and device) for security. Hours and costs are kept for 11 years as required by accounting law; everything else is deleted according to periods set by the administrator.

Where AI is involved

Spark is an AI assistant. When you ask it something, your question and project data (team member and client names, project and task names) are sent to the processor Anthropic PBC. The AI does not make decisions about people, it only suggests, and a human decides. Using Spark is voluntary.

Your rights

At any time you can download all of your data (Profile, My data) or request its erasure. On erasure your name and contact details leave the system, while time records remain anonymised because the law requires it.

This page is a plain-language summary of how the product handles data. It is not a substitute for the data processing agreement between your organisation and Lumen Spei d.o.o., and the binding text of that agreement takes precedence.
